RADIATION

Exercise during radiation treatments is among the hardest ‘asks’ in the Moving Through Cancer program.

There are plenty of people who would ask why we would ask someone going through radiation to exercise.  The answer is that we have documented evidence that exercise will help with symptoms during radiation.   What we generally recommend is that you try to do the exercises as prescribed for 10 minutes – and if you don’t feel better, stop for the day and try again the next day.

There are 5 aspects to the Chemotherapy program.
