Post Treatment and Survivorship

WHUHUU!!! YOU MADE IT!  CONGRATULATIONS! For the post treatment ‘MOVE’ program, feel free to include ‘happy dance’ in your repertoire.   Now that that’s done, it’s time to dust off that mojo.  Let’s start to increase the exercise dose to recover function, build muscle and bone, and get you back to work, play, family, and all the other things that give your life value.  

Exercise has documented benefits to prevent recurrence of many common forms of cancer, so let’s set up a habit that will really stick.
